We accept payment through debit card, credit card (Stripe) and PayPal.

Items are shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise noted.

Our scheduled shipping days are Mondays and Thursdays, for orders received before 12pm on Sundays and Wednesdays, respectively.

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First-Class (1-3 days) or UPS Ground (1-5 days). Courier is selected based on weight.

To our international customers who expressed interest in the Haroo Planner, we've expanded our shipping options (Canada, Czech Republic, Colombia, Germany, Indonesia, and Puerto Rico).

If you’d like to add your country to the list, just send us a DM (@harooplanner)! Please note that shipping fees range from $15 to $35, depending on where you are.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. To return your item(s), please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Items must be in new and unused condition to receive refund. Shipping and return shipping will not be covered.
